• Design, develop, and optimize backend components of our trading engine and related systems.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of the trading infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with product and frontend teams to design seamless, efficient integrations.
• Implement solutions that handle real-time transactions, order matching, and trading logic.
• Continuously refine system architecture and contribute to strategic technical decisions.

• 7–10+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Deep, hands-on understanding of trading systems, market mechanics, or betting platforms.
• Strong grasp of system architecture, distributed systems, and data flow.
• Ideally 80–90% backend focus, even if you’ve done some full-stack work.
• Passion for clean, scalable code and high-performance backend design.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with a global team.
