Technical Project Manager

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong understanding of software development processes and familiarity with technologies like cloud platforms, programming languages, and APIs. The ideal candidate will manage the delivery of key projects, working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Technical Oversight: Provide guidance and oversight on technical aspects, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Agile Methodologies: Implement and maintain Agile processes, leading Scrum meetings and ensuring efficient collaboration between development teams.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to prioritize tasks, manage risks, and troubleshoot any issues.
• Timeline and Budget Management: Ensure projects stay on track, within scope, and budget,managing resources effectively.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes.
  

Technical Stack:

• Familiarity with programming languages (JavaScript, Node.js, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  

• Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in a tech environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development practices, including familiarity with programming languages and cloud infrastructure.
• Agile Experience: Proven track record in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
