• Provide prompt, high-quality technical support
• Troubleshoot user-reported issues, escalate when needed, and ensure timely resolution
• Document solutions and contribute to our internal knowledge base
• Collaborate closely with QA and development teams to improve product stability
• Assist in validating bug fixes and product features through manual testing
• Use internal tools and basic scripting (if needed) for issue diagnosis or test validation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in manual or automated QA (nice to have)
• A curious mindset with a passion for helping users
• Basic familiarity with APIs, databases, or technical tools (a plus)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
