Role Purpose

The Head of Casino is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational activities. This is not just about managing the casino vertical, it’s an integrated role that combines account management and business unit leadership.

• Client support through Support Manager and Support Officers
• Risk and Bonus management
• Issuing and receiving invoices, preparing financial reports and calculations for clients
• Signing agreements with partners
• Business unit management: organizing team work, resource allocation, adapting responsibilities depending on client model
• Client interaction (B2B): account management, strategic partnership, operational problem-solving
• Ensuring smooth operations across all functions and scalable processes depending on client model (Fully Managed / White Label / Turnkey)

• Experience in the iGaming industry (casino / sportsbook / B2B provider)
• Knowledge of payments, risk, and compliance processes
• Experience with financial reporting and settlements
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Flexibility and ability to handle diverse responsibilities
