Responsibilities

Daily Management of the Engineering Team:

  • Assigning tasks based on priorities and deadlines.
  • Monitoring performance and addressing bottlenecks.

Planning and Overseeing Projects:

  • Managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
  • Collaborating with other departments (e.g., Product, Marketing) to align expectations.

Defining and Managing Work Processes:

  • Implementing work methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).
  • Continuously improving processes and team workflows.

Professional Development of the Team:

  • Providing professional mentorship and training for engineers.
  • Developing plans for personal and technical skill growth.

Ongoing Communication:

  • Keeping management updated on project statuses.
  • Representing the team in company meetings or strategic discussions.

Technical Stack:

  • Frontend: Svelte.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
  • Backend: Node.js, Postgres
  • Cloud: AWS

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing development teams.
  • Deep understanding of software development processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for team and management collaboration.
  • Experience in iGaming is a bonus.
