Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Manager (sometimes also referred to as Technical Project Manager), with a strong background in backend or full-stack development and exceptional communication and leadership skills. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving project success, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders, and delivering high-quality products on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Management of the Engineering Team:
- Assigning tasks based on priorities and deadlines.
- Monitoring performance and addressing bottlenecks.
Planning and Overseeing Projects:
- Managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
- Collaborating with other departments (e.g., Product, Marketing) to align expectations.
Defining and Managing Work Processes:
- Implementing work methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).
- Continuously improving processes and team workflows.
Professional Development of the Team:
- Providing professional mentorship and training for engineers.
- Developing plans for personal and technical skill growth.
Ongoing Communication:
- Keeping management updated on project statuses.
- Representing the team in company meetings or strategic discussions.
Recruitment and Retention:
- Participating in hiring processes for new engineers.
- Maintaining high team motivation and engagement.

- Proven experience managing development teams within B2B/IT industry.
- Deep understanding of software development processes.
