Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Officer. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations fully comply with the regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions in which we operate. Your expertise will help us uphold our industry-leading standards, safeguard our business from legal and reputational risks, and maintain our licenses to operate in the competitive iGaming sector. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance:

Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable iGaming laws and licensing requirements in jurisdictions where Eiger Ltd operates.

  • AML and KYC Oversight:

Develop, implement, and maintain AML and KYC policies to prevent money laundering and fraud.

Oversee player verification processes and ensure compliance with financial reporting obligations.

  • Responsible Gaming:

Promote responsible gambling initiatives, including implementing self-exclusion mechanisms and deposit limits.

  • Auditing and Risk Management:

Conduct internal audits to ensure all departments adhere to compliance standards.

Identify potential compliance risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

  • License Management:

Handle license applications, renewals, and reporting for all jurisdictions.

Act as the primary contact for regulatory bodies and manage inspections and inquiries.

  • Data Protection and Security:

Ensure compliance with data protection laws, including GDPR, and maintain robust cybersecurity practices.

  • Training and Reporting:

Prepare compliance reports for internal stakeholders and external regulators. 

Track and document compliance activities for auditing purposes.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Knowledge of local and international iGaming regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. 
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with regulators and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective risk management strategies,

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in compliance within the iGaming industry.
  • Experience with AML, KYC, GDPR, and responsible gaming policies.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with regulators and internal teams.
