We’re seeking a skilled Head of Casino / Sportsbook (Online Casino Manager / Operator) to lead and grow our online gaming operations. You will play a crucial role in driving the strategy, performance, and daily management of our Casino and Sportsbook platforms, ensuring an engaging and seamless experience for our players.

If you’re an experienced operator with a deep understanding of the iGaming industry and a passion for delivering top-tier gaming products, we’d love to have you on our team.

• Provide expert business advising and consultation for our iGaming projects, specifically focusing on sports betting solutions.
• Collaborate with tech and design teams to develop and refine iGaming solutions, ensuring products meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Offer insights into API structures, widgets, and backend functionalities, guiding developers to build a cohesive, high-performance betting platform from scratch.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on iGaming trends, technology advancements, and competitor offerings.
• Mentor and guide product teams on best practices in sports betting, ensuring alignment with both business goals and user needs.

• 4-5+ years of experience in iGaming, preferably with a background in consulting or product management within sports betting.
• Proven track record in advising tech teams, with a strong emphasis on product-side insights and development.
• In-depth knowledge of API integration within betting systems and a clear understanding of how API methods relate to product functionality.
• Hands-on experience in iGaming operations, tech consulting, or casino and gambling business ownership is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
