• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML/RL-based models focused on player behavior, retention, and engagement.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to implement and optimize features with real business impact.
• Research and experiment with advanced methods in Machine Learning and Reinforcement Learning (e.g., recommendation systems, dynamic promotions, user segmentation).
• Help build MVP versions of AI-powered features that can be demoed to potential clients.
• Participate in shaping our AI roadmap and strategy.

• Strong experience in applied AI / ML / RL, ideally in a product environment.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and modeling techniques.
• Experience working with behavioral or transactional data.
• Familiarity with KDB or kdb+/q is a strong plus
• Bonus: background in gaming, iGaming, ad tech, or any high-engagement B2C product.
• Ability to work independently and communicate ideas clearly within a remote team.
