AI Developer / Prompt Engineer

We are hiring an AI-first Developer / Prompt Engineer.

AI is at the core of everything we build. This position is for engineers who already use AI constantly in their daily work and consider prompt engineering and AI-driven development a fundamental part of their craft.

You might come from backend, full-stack (backend-oriented), DevOps, or engineering management — but this role is fully focused on developing with AI.

• Design simple, scalable, AI-friendly architectures
• Turn product and engineering goals into clear, effective prompts
• Guide, review, and optimize AI-generated code
• Stay hands-on with architecture, coding, reviews, and debugging
• Collaborate with senior engineers on complex, evolving systems
• Help define and scale an AI-driven engineering model

Tech Stack

• Frontend: Svelte.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
• Backend: Node.js, PostgreSQL, q/kdb
• Cloud: AWS

• Strong, proven prompt engineering experience
• Uses AI daily and confidently
• Experienced engineer from backend, full-stack (backend-oriented), DevOps, or leadership
• Systems thinker with the ability to see the big picture
• Comfortable making decisions in fast-moving projects
